Bellator 61

We were cageside for Bellator 61 on Friday, March 16 as a soldout crowd in the Horseshow Riverdome in Bossier City, La., watched plenty of action, which included one of the best KO’s of the year.

Quarterfinals of the Middleweight Tournament

Maiquel Falcao (29-4) def. Norman Paraisy (10-2) – unanimous decision (30-27 x3)

Vyacheslav “Slava” Vasilevsky (16-1) def. Victor O’Donnell (11-4) – UD (29-28 x3)

Brian Rogers (9-3) def. Vitor Vianna (12-3-1) – KO (flying knee) – Rd1 4:14

Rogers flying knee KO over Vianna was one of the best KO’s I’ve ever seen. Scary moment for Vianna as his head hit the canvas very hard, but was helped up minutes later.
